Absolutely! You can also enjoy special discount too
2. What time can I pick up my Meal Plan orders?
1. What is the start day for my Meal Plan?
You can either start Monday or Thursday depending on when you sign up.
2. What is the cut-off time for signing up a Meal Plan?
If you order Mon – Fri (10am), your meal plan will start on the following Monday.
If you order Fri (10am) – Sun, you meal plan will start on the following Thursday.
1. How is food prepared?
All food is cooked fresh and macro portioned according to USDA nutrition guidelines. We operate at a FEHD licensed food factory with all ingredients.
2 .What is your food philosophy behind the meal plan?
We believe the best diet is a balanced diet. However we do portion food based on nutrition values such as protein, fat, carbohydrates and calories to ensure your food is tailored to your fitness goals.
3.What meal plan is right for me?
We offer 3 types of meal plans (lean, balance, build) however if you are following a professional Trainer we recommend you consult him/her first . Alternatively you can contact our nutritionist for recommendations.
4.How Long should I order?
We recommend most customers to order 8 weeks to see lasting results.
1.What if I have food allergies?
No problem, you can choose your dietary requests within our allergies list, our kitchen can cater to wide range of food allergies.

1. What if I want to pause my meal plan?
No problem – you can pause anytime as long as has 1 working day on or before 9am in advance . Please notice YOUNI by WhatsApp 63036333 or Email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
2. What if I want to change delivery address?
No problem – you can change the delivery address anytime as long as has 1 working day on or before 9am in advance . Please notice YOUNI by WhatsApp 63036333 or Email to email@example.com.
3. Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered?
We has no refund policy. We do appreciate your understanding however we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers.
Typhoon & Black rain Warnings
1. What happens if there's Typhoon 8 or Black rain Warning by the Hong Kong Observatory?
Situation 1: Black Rain/Typhoon 8 signal lowered or cancelled at or before 8am-Delivery service remains the same
Situation 2: Black Rain/Typhoon 8 continues post 8am- No meal plan delivery on that day
Meals available for pick up 2 hours after Black Rain/Typhoon 8 signal lowered or cancelled (Last pick up time: 9pm)
If Black Rain/Typhoon 8 continues post 1pm:
- No meal plan the on the following day.
-The Menu of the Week will be rearranged and the day's meal will be postponed,the final planned meal of the week (Friday) will be withdrawn.
- No refund will be made for all situations
